Exercise is something I have always prioritized because it’s MY time. After trying to work out too hard and suffering several injuries that set me back almost 10 months I realized that I needed to incorporate lifting heavy into my routine and back off on Cardio. I’ve been lifting with Ashley since April 2022 and her approach is amazing. She took the time to find out my goals and struggles and helped me to implement very small changes in my lifestyle encompassing nutrition and daily habits that have made big changes. I have been training with Ashley for several months now, and I have never seen or felt such a difference in my body. Originally I started training with Ashley to get fit for my wedding (which I did FAST and safely all with the help and guidance from her inside and out of the gym), but now the wedding is over and we continue to train!
